I've read through the instruction booklet, and messed with my phone, and I can't figure out how to make the inner LCD turn off after it is no longer in use. I'll be talking on my phone for an hour and the screen doesn't turn off! This is wasting my battery. Is there any way to fix this?

have you been through the display settings? if not do this:
press: ok, >, >, 3, 2, 1 then there would be the settins for the main screen backlight.

Yeah..that's called a backlight..it's too bad the screen doesn't turn off...it's common sense to not have it on forever.

mine just Dims, but im sure it doesn't use that much juice anyway
