Make sure its not plugged into the cable. And make sure that your following it very closely. Otherwise its trying to tell you it won't work on your model. Its not guaranteed to work so it does its best on as many phones until the few it wont. Theres the seem edit if you wish to try it too, look at my MIDway guide, www.webhosting4free.org/rewcons

Yes, quite a bit different actually, but if you can check, see if your phone is Brew or Java enabled. That will tell you straight up, let me know, if java then theres one more method I'm willing to put you up to. Hopefully it works.

i have no idea about java, but i do know i have brew cuz it shows my brew id on my phone

in pst i read the phone info about kjava, and it said it wasn't enabled or was incompatible with the phone

so i tried through p2k tools and p2k advanced editor and p2k seem to enable kjava, and i restarted the phone after all 3 tries, and it still kept it disabled, maybe that is the end of it

Theres your problem, its because its brew, nothing you can do about that. You cannot enable a java app loader on a phone thats not meant for java. I don't know any brew things so I cannot assist you any further.
