I have had a taste of all cell phone providers...used a phone from each of them...I started with T-Mobile and I ended up with T-mobile after going through nextel, cingular, sprint, and verizon. I am very happy with what ive gotten out of T-Mobile. The coverage in my area is the best out of all of them...T-Mobile fofers wonderful rate plans, their customer care is amazing, their phones are nice..and Ive never hd a billing problem with them...and we have had T-mobile for about 3 years now..I think we might have had 1 billing problem, and sure enough they fixed it with just a quick phone call..Cingular does offer those roll over minutes which can add up and save you alot of $$$ but T-Mobile does the one year contract which makes you feel a bit betetr about your investment. honestly, just like the other people were syaing earlier, just check to see the coverage in your area, becasue thats where youll be using it most...unless if you travel constantly. ive had both and i enjoyed t-mobile than I did cingular, which is why i still have t-mobile. hope that helped
