Ok I am having this issue. I upload all files(skin) to my cell phone via p2k commander. I can see the directories on my phone but when I choose them it says that it changes to that skin but the visual is the Moto skin, for instance I upload CooperAB, but when I choose CooperAB it says skin changed to cooper ab but the actual visual on my phone is the Motot skin , which i think is default..??. anyhow forgive me if this is a stupid post I am new to modding cellphones but have been modding xbox and ps2(psp) for awhile so I am not new to technology.....any help is appreciated

Make sure the folder name is exactly the same as the skin (case sensitive)

I'm fairly new to all this, but using a blog by Ken Hanscom, who has many good tips and guides to doing pretty much anything with your razor. There is a program called skins manager, or skiman for short. The guide is at Ken's site. If you google: razor skins ken hanscom you will find the link to his site. He has really easy to follow tutorials and a questions bank where I found the answers to many of my questions. Hopefully this helps you as much as it helped me!
