I have my phone about 1 week and really like it. One pet peeve is I keep the volume all the way up(reads7 ) and to me it is still way too LOW when I am talking(listening really!).
Speakerphone is awesome and loud though.
Don't have a Media plan yet but I gues I should get one as I play around a little and really don't understand KB to MG stuff.
I also go to *646#( Cingualr Minutes/Data) balance alot but it ALWAYS says Reamining minutes Unknown- Anytime- unknown.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Re *646#, this does work. May take a few more days since you are a new account.

this is my first time to really do anything with my phone...is the seem editing stuff difficult and does it have a high likelihood of messing up my phone? with that program and the cable, i can then transfer mp3 files to my phone for ringtones, correct?
thanks for your help.

Seem editing requires patience and for you to double check before making any changes. If you have any questions, head to the Moto forum. Plenty of answers there.

It's the earpiece not the handsfree earpiece. My v551 has the same issues.
