Anyone Ever have problems getting theri T-mobile rebates? and Whats with The US of A and rebates?

Darn I was just asking probing quetions to see if anyone had rebate problems..i work at teh rebate centre.

I had a rebate for a Blackberry 7100t. Had no problems at all.

I calcualted I screwed ppl out of 1500 dollar on my last shift at the t-mobile reabte centre.

I'd be gald to explain. I Take over 100 calls a day for ppl who recieve letter from T-mobile that say they are denied for one reason or another, and When we repors it a fwe of my calls are human errors, I.e I typed in their phone number wrong into the system, or the system is rejected thier order and will reject it over and over and my reproccessing of the rebate is just gonna fail.
Alot of time people just give us incorrect information and the call is to frustrating to figure out so I just proccess the information.
Did you also know that the rebate centre is in canada? and the keying in of the rebate inforamtion is done in india even though you send your information to Detroit.

No I didnt know it was in Canada, I know that Asurion our insurance company has a call centre in Canada (east coast) which province is the rebate centre in?

P.S. dont feel too bad, alot of those people call and complain to Customer care and get credit lol.
