Willing to Pay for Help fixing my Black Razr's @ symbol

Hello All.
I have a black razr with T-mobile service and for some reason I get a weird @ symbol everytime I receive a voicemail .
If someone out there can help and knows how to .I'ld be willing to shed out a few bucks for HELP. Since I have no clue what or how to fix it.

no.... control F, shortcut for find... if it doesnt work on your specific browser then you will have to scroll and look for it lol. Brain was mush last night when I got home from work so didnt want to go looking for the seem edit just knew how to get there. BTW is 0032_0001 offset 02 Bit 4 (1off, 0 on). This edit usually disable manual network selection though.

If the above bit 4 doesn't work, also check bit 1 of the same seem file.

Guys I got the software from Motoaide.
But p2kman.exe doesn't load. I continues to say that p2kman.exe has encountered an error and needs to close.
What should i do now or do i need to run it with any other progam and if so HOw or if I am doing something wrong please Tell me what.
