hi there,
i bought a motorola v180, this phone was activated with tmobile. I switch to cingular now. I want to use this phones but everytime i put the sim card from cingular to the t mobile phones, it ask me for the subsidy password. It since the phone is lock. I will like to know how to unlock it so that can use this phone. I dont have the mini usb or the software to unlock it. In this case what can i do? Please help me to unlock the phone. Thanks!!!

there is a website called motoaide or something that has info on how to unlock it. The link is floating around the forum somewhere.

Hey...
If you would like me to send you a software that unlocks moto v180 (i did it on mine even though THERE IS A RISK INVOLVED) I dont mind giving it to you with the instructions. Note that I am absolutly not responsbile if your phone becomes inoperable.

Hey great news I found the website guys  its http://www.motoaide.com:8081 and it has the unlocking software for V180, V220 and C650.

Haha, Hey Sam!  Perhaps you can drop me an email and start getting me on some nicer Samsung tweaking, I have a x427m just waiting to be disected and rebuilt
