every time i try to acess the camera it says "busy. Try again." ..i've "tried again" about 30 times, i've taken out the battery while it was on, i've turned the phone off then taken out the battery, nothing works. I was using the camera yesterday and it was fine. I thought it was maybe the memory so I deleated every photo and it still did nothing. Anyone who knows anything about this please help! I have never dropped the phone and it has never been damaged at all, it's in basicaly perfect condition besides the dumb camera. It's only 2 months old as well. Help please!

Take out the battery for like 15 minutes and that should clear the cache, after that if that doesn't work then id say take the phone open and be warned that voids waranty and see if you can't check the FLEX cable going to the camera, If it has one on it then see if its loose..My recommendation is the first one, let the cache clear, another suggestion people try (make sure if you have phone book stored to phone to save them on the pc or save to SIM) is the Master Reset and Master Clear possibly..Just throwing out the ideas.

I took out the battery for 15 min and it did nothing at all. I don't want to mess with the cables becuase i dont want to ruin the warrenty. The only thing that changed after i put the battery back in is that now it says "Picture capture failed" and after about five of these it went back to "busy. try again"....i guess it's not that bif of a deal though becuase the v265 camera is terrible, at least mine was before it broke, i just don't like it that my phone apparently breaks for no reason.

I don't understand that either, the only thing left is master reset, which at this point seems it would prove no avail to you. Sorry for the outcome.

Ok, sorry it didn't go as planned, seeing as nothing solves it I say backup your contacts or save them to the sim and send it back, thats just unexplained and weird.

Backup would be using MPT to save them to PC for easy reloading later, Requires USB cable and MPT though, saving to SIM is open phonebook hit menu>copy>all to sim Then Power down phone remove sim ship out phone, your done. This does copy not move so if they are stored to phone then it duplicates the contacts, If its already on the SIM I don't know if it creates duplicates or overwrites as I never had to do this.
