Keep in mind that flashing voids your warranty so do at your own risk. Also if phone is unlocked and you decide to flex then it could lock your phone to the carrier the firmware is branded for.
Hi, I have a V3 with old firmware that I want to update in order to enjoy video recording capabilities in my phone, but you mentioned something about firmware branding. How can I know if my phone is unlocked and/or its firmware branded?
Also, can you email me the seem files and menu ones to activate video, please.

You've got mail. You do not need to flex to enable Video, Just update the flash, Flashing wont lock your phone, flexing can though.
