No one here can give you a link to that program as its considered warez, you will need to google for it yourself.

Seem edits thanks to Motox:

Enable Video:
1. SEEM 0032_0001 offset 70 bit 6 (1 on, 0 off)

2. SEEM 004a_0001 offset 1D3 (01) - no bit manipulation with this SEEM. Just change the offset value to 01.

3. You have to edit mma menu file. You can use program like P2KMenuEditor to activate Video Camera menu under Multimedia.

Other Seem Edits
1. Video length: Maximum/MMS

SEEM 0032_0001 offset 6E bit 3 (1 on, 0 off)

2. Resolution: High (176 x 144)/Low (128 x 96)
SEEM 0032_0001 offset 7D > bit 7 (1 on , 0 off)

3.Recording sound: On/Off
SEEM 0032_0001 offset 6E bit 2 (1 on, 0 off)

For a while, I tried to find answers for my questions in this forum. I did find valuable information. I initially tried to unlock my motorola razr v3, then I stumbled upon the fact that video recording can be enabled by modifying the seems. I downloaded all the necessary p2k programs and hex editing software; but though my phone is connected to the computer and its driver is installed, all p2k programs display that the phone is not connected. I have the lasted version of mobile phone tools, it works just fine. The phone is installed as a motorola usb modem on port :comm4 with 115200 baud. Does anybody know why my phone doesn't connect to the p2k programs? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Ben email me and I will send you an alternate version of p2kman that will work fine. Just email me with where you got the version that you are using now.

You need p2kman and xvi32 to do the editing and get the new seems to your phone. if you dont know how to seem edit make backups if you are going to try on your own, if if you want I have a V3 Video package all put together that I can email you, just extract and load all files to your phone. Im not 100% sure but I think that Duc will be hosting on his site soon.
