I am transfering mp3 ringtones using mobile phone tools. But the sound quality is really bad, only 32bits. Is there any setting I can change in MPT to make better sound quality. I got a ringtone transfer from a friend via bluetooth. That's 64bits quality, and sound better.

My tones sound kick A** but I use 128 bit rate.

As far as I know impossible to go from low to high bit rates, you can go high to low.
