I've been having problems with MPT not recognizing our v180 phones for the longest time. I put that problem on the back burner for a few months. Well now that I have pics of our new baby twins I'd like to put on our phones, I need to put that back burner on high. I received a reply from motorola a while ago that suggested doing a master(?) clear to solve the problem. What exactly will this clear do to my phone? I have a game d/l, some contacts stored to phone memory so I can use 1 touch dialing, etc. will it clear those out? thanx

Your phone will reset itself as if purchased brand new from store. All customize ringers, wallpapers, settings, phonebooks, etc will deleted.

great, maybe I'll try that if I can't get the software to recognize my phone by cycling the power on/off (last time it locked up my pc or summtin)
