I just got my V551 yesterday, I think it's a pretty cool phone, but there is one little thing I am absolutely puzzled about  I seem not to be able to delete any messages, not from the Inbox or from the Outbox  The manual is not a great help 
Can anybody enlighten my knowledge

Goto messages, tap SELECT, highlight the message you want to delete and tap the MENU key. You should have an option to delete the message there.

Another thing, to delete all messages, goto: Messages>Hit Menu>Cleanup Messages>All>Yes Done!

Maybe there needs to be an allowance to the "no all capital letter words" rule that you can use at least one all cap word for every three positive smiley faces used in the same sentence
