This isn't about flashing, but this was the closest i could find for a v400. a couple of days ago i left my phone in the car for about three hours, and now my phone only comes up with a white screen. I tried takin the battery out, but it doesnt work. the funny thing is that every other thing on my phone works meaning sound, games, phonebook, everything. if anyone can help me that would be great. also im past manufacture's warranty

To answer the phone question you may have done some heat damage to the phones LCD or mainboard by leaving it in the heat that long. You have to remember how sensitive super technology is to heat and other ailments. I don't think your warranty would cover this either, but I recommend looking on eBay for a replacement LCD.

thx a lot and i also have a couple other questions if you can answer them.
Wat is Frimware? Wat is Flashing? and when i get an LCD how do i install it to my v400 and wat type of LCD am i lookin for?

i found an Lcd that is compatible w/ my v400 and its 34 bucks. also it comes with a t6 tool i was just wonderin wat that was

Firmware is the main software on the phone. T6 tool is the star shaped screw used on the phone. Thats a good price for a LCD with tool so I'd say go for that. Flash/Flexing is changing modding the phones ability and performance by tweaking the Firmware.
