And do not post your IMEI in here, contact old fool for possible unlcoking, you need to pay postage to him and return if you take this option and he is available to do it.
Guys, when you post your IMEI and they have hackers out there you have to be careful, thats how peoples accounts get hacked and sometimes thats how they get screwed. Thats kinda like posting a thread that has your bank accnt # and your SSN on it..just be careful with such sensitive information. Unlock codes as previously stated are IMEI sensitive, which means unless your giving it to a company that has a calculator, or unless you bring it or send it out somewhere that can unlock it via SmartUnlocker, it gets you nowhere. Some phones can be unlocked through flash/flexing but not phones this high, and as far as I know you cannot unlock a phone with seem editing. Don't take us wrong, post your IMEI if you will but if your phone bill is unusually high then don't say we didn't warn you. Thanks for your time, and happy modding!

I have a Motorola V505 currently with Cingular and am switching to T Mobile. Anyone know the unlock code so I can use my phone with T Mobile? Please email if so.

In haste I purchased a $20 unlock code for my motorola V505 today. The resulting code did not unlock the phone. So then, should I conclude that it is impossible to unlock a V505 using a $20 internet purchased code? I purchased it from [phonefunsho]
I really needed to unlock this phone in order to use it as a replacement.
