I jsut got this phone, it's box, manual and onlnie reviews all talk about it being able to downlaod new ringtones and graphics and such and says to go to vtext.com. However when I got there I could not find anything compatable with it, I never even found it mentioned, I than spent and hour and a half searching google to no avail, I am unable to find any downloadable item for this phone. Can anyone help me? I feel I was tricked into buying a phone that claimed to have features that don't exist.

I'm having the same issue. And I'm desperate. We finally broke down and got our daughter a cell phone for her Sweet 16... and wanted to give it to her with a birthday ringtone. If anyone has an answer... please let us know right away!
Thanks

I solved it! Go to www.verizonwireless.com/vtext. click on ringtones. when you sign up, put your phone in as the VX3200. It works!
I got this after a few e-mails back and forth with verizonwireless online customer support.
I woke my daughter up on this morning with her new cell phone ringing "Get the Party Started"! A great Sweet 16 for her!

I got the ringtones to work with mine, it is the graphics that don't want to work for me.
Everytime I send a graphic email to my phone all I get is a message saying to go to vzwpix.com to view it.
Is there a way to get a digital pic from vzwpix.com or my computer to my 3300 phone?

Thank you AeroChic! I never would have found that feature on my own but it is awesome. I just recorded a voice memo and made that my ringtone. It is great to be able to create my own ringtone without having to pay for it!
