I have been working as a t1tech/csr for a while now and i wanted to let you know that cingular doesnt yet have and ota settings though they are developing one.. HOWEVER if you need the settings for the phone you can find everything down to the message center numbers @ cingular.com>customer service>device support... you are looking for a link that says device tutorial. it walks you through pretty much everything in the phone .

I hate the calls from Asian guys w/ nokias that haven't even been released yet. got one about 3 + months ago for the Nokia E62 and he wanted OTA. I know all about it and I assisted him w/ his new phone. It was unalocked and it wasn't the easiest thing to assist him w/, being asian. blah

send them to the nokia website... they can send an OTA from there....

I hate the HTC, PALM and BlkBRy callers w/ "data support," problems "I need data support!".... Ok, maam, now what kind of problems with your data are you having,?
