i want the cingular subsidy password for motorola v551

My mom broke her phone and needs something different to get her by. I really don't want to buy a new phone since I have a V551 that is less than 2 years old. It has cingular on the phone but it has ATT hardware in it. It keeps asking me for a subsidy code. Can you help?

if you are the original owner of the phone.call customer care 18003310500 do a subsidy unlock request.it takes about 10 days.

Elmo01 - Thank you for your help. I had taken it to the store originally, no one there could help they told me to search the internet for one. I just called Customer care, they said it will be about 5 days. I will keep you posted if i need more help. Thanks
