okay, i found some really cool faceplates (the original one is just fine) for my new v330. the battery cover is easy, of course, but i can't figure out how to remove the faceplate itself. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
regards,
jc

To change face plates you will need a T-6 Screw driver there is 4 little plastic screw covers around the inside screen you have to tahe them out and you see the screws use the T-6 scre driver to take out the 4 screws the face plate should come off just put the new fcae plate on put the scres back in and put the plastic caps back in..

*Helpful Hint*
**If your browsing for faceplates use the V551 also, the phone is identical to the V330 so the plates should be compatible. And this depends wether or not you find a faceplate you like in the V330 or V551 catagories. Cheers!**

But how in God's name do you remove the screw covers? I got three of them off with my nails, damaging two of them. But then I couldn't get the 4th off. There's gotta be some other way to remove them.. cuz you know.. there's people that DON'T have nails, lol.

For the screw caps I use a staple...I just bend it and press it lightly along the sides until the cap verts itself then i just pry it out gently. If careful they come out undamaged and with few to no cosmetic damage on the phone. Its very tedious.
