The tower map is awsome, than you for setting it up!
I am lookig for a tool of some sort to measure signal strength
in an area. Maybe even something that can help to find tower
signal strength to help aim booster antennas,
Thanks
Aaron

Easy!
Get yourself an old nokia(6100, 5100, 3300, etc.) (or even a new nokia) and unlock the field test or engineering menu on it. You can do that with logomanager and a data cable.
Once you have that done, one of the many features available to you is signal strength on the BTSs that the phone can see. Up to a max of about 6 depending on the model.

I'm just starting to dabble in this for myself....I have botha Nokia 6255i and a Moto V710. Had some recpetion issues w/ the 710 so I enabled the field test modes in both to verify....works pretty nice but I would like to find tome sort of table showing a breakdown of what the dbz reading for signal strength actually means. I have a web page that tells you how to get into most phones test modes. contact me off list if you would like it
