Anyone know how to stop text messages being deleted when you swap SIMs on the v3, I've seen a few other posts on this but no-ones posted a solution,
is there an opcode for this cos I find it a major pain in the @$$
Thanks
Keith

there should be an option under message menu where you can preset the days of when you want to delete messages or never.

The option for preset clean up of messages does not have any affect on this problem.
I found that the new Moto flashflex will sort the problem out I had previously just done the flash but that had no affect. Still don't know what the PkMan code is but you can fix using the aBOVE

Usually its just the message cleanup as stated. I turned mine off and it is fine ever since.
*Helpful Hint*
**If you want to be able to read the messages later then turn off the message clean up and when the inbox gets full use MPT to download all your sms then clear the messages from the phone, and if you wish to review just use the MPT message center**
