I checked my 6610's firmware version and it only have the version 3.09.
Is there anybody out there who could tell me where to get the latest firmware update for my unit. Tnx in advance.

I think the lastest firmware release is 4.28

4.28 is rigth...
and to update the firmware you've got to go to a nokia-shop... you find a list of them at the nokia-homepage or at the club nokia homepage...
Don't forget your bill with the date when you bought it... they want it, to see for your warrenty (ok, the 6610 isn't that old, but they want it)
It take's about 30 minutes to update the firmware... and don't forget to ask for a backup of your stored data (contacts, sms, pictures, and so on) on the cellphone... if not, it would be ereased...

What I wrote above isn't really rigth... I was blended by this forum... which firmware is the latest can't be generally said, because there are differences between the countries... here in Germany 4.18 is the latest.
