I have a t725 and whenever I use voice memos as my ringtones it always stalls up. The screen turns off and the service goes away and then it comes back on. It only does this with voice memo ringtones nothing else. Im guessing its more of a software problem or something. I have used the master reset and master clear and it still stalls up. Im using t-mobile service.
So anyone know a soultioun I tried calling motorola and they said I have to try radioshack. Does anyone know a different solution so I dont have to bother with radioshack?

Maybe you should just forget using voice memo as ringtone.

Is this a common problem? Would reflashing it fix it? and could radio shack do this?

I doubt radioshack will know anything or help out. I am all out of ideas.

If you dont mind possibly damaging your phone while voiding the warranty flashing it may fix the problem. Check out the firmware and flashing section of this forum for more information on the procedure.

Well I changed a few settings on teh phone (Not sure if this did anything) but I figured out after every 4 calls it stalls. So on the 4th call it stalls and the 3 before it ring fine. Is this some sort of memory problem or anything. Anyone know of a setting I can change to fix it?

Alright forget about it only messing up every 4x, I found out it messes up more then that. I think it has something to do with the voicemail or something. How do you disable it?
