Hi All,
When you read your firmware with OptiFlash you get a .sre. Then you can use mot2bin to change it to .bin. After your done messing with it how do you change it back to .sre?

I should do more research before I ask dumb questions 
Ok every things ready when I click verify everything goes fine till the end when it says (ERR_VERIFY_DIFFERENCE). Im guessing its not save to flash. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

If you modded the firmware you cannot verify the new one because it is different then the firmware in the flash memory of the phone, just flash it.

I took a chance and tried to flash it but half way through it gave me (ERR_PROTOCOL). My phone still works and it doesnt appear anything changed. It went a good 10 minutes before it messed up.

Ok so Januka can change pics and sounds. How can i mess with the text and other things? I want my phone really unique.
