You can leave a contract and not specifically have to give a reason. If there's no service in the area you're in we won't waive the ETF.
Just a strict policy that's in the contract.
To sum it up, you can leave and just say you don't want service. We may inquire why, but if you decline to give us that information we'll honor your privacy, terminate the contract and the ETF will automatically be billed.

pretty much its not cingulars fault you leaving the country or to an area they donot provide service and it actualy sais that in the temrs of your contract, the only time cing will let you out of a contract is if your being sent over seas for military, or you die.

Not an easy task as most credits need to go through supervisors for approval. And a credit to cover the ETF would definately need approval from someone higher then a CSR. |
Yeah, I suppose it wouldn't be an easy task. But don't some of the reps rely on services and approval of the supervisor for other things? So, it could happen, but it sounds like it would just be difficult.

Nothing is impossible spivey, but keep in mind if it's anything related to service or no service in an area you moved...it won't happen.
