Obviously everyone knows that you can lock your phone and then unlock it with 4 digits. My friend says that he uses 5 digits and we both have the same phone. the LG VX6000. does anyone know if this is possible. He's good with electronics and says that "there's always ways around things" so i dont know if he's just being a wise ass or he's serious. If anyone knows anything about this let me know.

Well, I have an LG6100, and the factory-set digits are the last 4 numbers of your number. Just a guess, but since your's is an LG too, try that.

well, the default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number but, you can change the lock code which is probably what your friend did.
