What do you expect top happen?
If you use the codes provided in the Q&A it will only format the phones memory. The memory card won't be formated.

Normally yes. Did you really used *#7370# to format you phone?
*#7780# will only delete the setting.

i use *#7370# and *#7780# already but it stilll not work .... maybe is install something then cause me cannot format completely.. i think so... in the past when i format, the memory is 3535kb but now is 3349kb... what happen to my phone...

hmm... strange...
Even if you've installed something, it won't mess up the formating process.
The phone reboots, doesn't start the OS and erases the complete c: drive and copies all files freshly to the c: drive.
Maybe there is something on your MMC that messes it up after rebooting.
