IF i flash and flex my phone and it goes wrong, then can i just put a backup on my phone again and would that make it fine?

Depends, If your phone wont turn on you cannot, if it will come on then you can.

There is a thread above with information on flashing/flexing Vxxx models. You can get non currupt s/w from http://www.motoaide.com:8081
