Well flashing DEFINITELY does erase everything on your phone... sigh. Owell starting from scratch.

No, flashing has never erased everything on mine....you didn't set it to do a master clear afterwards did you?

I'm using RSD Lite and there is no option there. Does RSD Lite do that by default?

no idea, never used it, I use MultiFlashFlex which comes with PST
Did you just lose your settings, or your contacts as well?

Eh it's no big deal, I'm flexing the phone with the E9 flex right now.

Questions though, hopefully it gets fixed with this flex.

My service tag now says ATT Wireless. The phone is ATT but I switched to Cingular, and now it has the damn roaming triangle on it. What gives?

that can be hidden by seem editing. use xlr8 as a reference to what offset codes.

So it doesn't mean I'm really roaming, does it? And why does it say ATT Wireless now? Is that the signal the tower is REALLY sending? Or is it my phone that is just saying it's ATTWS? It used to say Cingular...
