I need help. And I dont mean help in getting video to work. I think I have absolutely damaged my V3. I ran a flash upgrade using the PST Multiflashflex tool, got the upgrade over at motox. It ran succesfully but the phone would not properly restart after the upgrade.
The phone will go into its greeting and then the home screen will come up without a picture. The bluetooth icon is there as is the name for the local GSM co.
Then the screen goes blank and after a couple of seconds all I get is the home screen again.
I would really appreciate any suggestions. Also, take this as an example of things going wrong even when the PST Software said the update was succesful.
Flash ver.
R374_G_0E.41.C3R_A_reflash
I did not update my flex file, dont know if thats the problem. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated. This search for a video option has turned into quiite the nightmare.

I believe I may have found a fix. I can get into flash mode by pressing:
*+#+power
at the same time.
Please advise me as to which flash and flex versions I should use.
Again, I dont believe thiis happened through any fault of my own. Let me know which flex flash versions are most compatible with each other.

Did you upgrade your bothloader? need to be 8.32 to run with that flash. flash it with the bootloader file then it'll be fine

Its working fine now with my flex:

Thanks for your advice Old Fool.
I guess its good to mention that as long as the phone can boot up in flash mode, you can always re-flash.

This is not all always the case although. I am glad you got your phone back in working order.
