Hi! I can help. First what you need to do is master reset and clear. Make sure all of your seems or files you have customized are saved on your pc first. After you do that, it might not work still. What you need to do is find a fodler that has all of the backups for your phone. I have one. Email me if you cant find it. You then go into your audio folder in your backup folder, and transfer everything from your back up fodler into your phones audio directory. After that, you should be able to set up ring styles. BEFORE YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO GET MORE MEMORY AGAIN, BY DELETEING AUDIO, GO INTO YOUR RINGTONE DETAILS (ex: If your phone is on "loud", then go into sounds, loud detail) AND WHEN YOUR IN THAT MENU, MAKE EVERYTHING SILENT AND RINGER ID'S AND ALARMS OFF. (this is because your phone is set on a ringtone. if that ringtone disappears, with all the others, what will you phone use? It doesnt know where to go so it kicks you out.) AFter you have done all of that, delete the audio files you do not want anymore, and maybe save only one tone because if you delete everything, your audio fodler will erase from your directory. (when you downlaod more ringtones you can delete that saved rington.) Hope I helped. Good day.

quick question once i added video everything went fine but the thing is that when i set the date to centralize the rogers logo is not properly centralized above the date like it was before. Is there a way to fix this?

I hope some hasn't already asked this but its a 26 pg thread so it was too time consuming to read through all of it

Well I am not really sure about this issue, but I can try and help you. Lets say your logo is in the middle of your screen, and you want the date under that network name. Do this: Menu > settings> Personalise > Home Screen >Lay out. when your in there, set it where you want it to be, left or centered. It should do the trick. Hope I helped.

well the thing is that i know what u r saying it is on centred setting already in the personalise menu.

however the Rogers logo for some reason is not directly on top of the date it is not properly centred as it was before i did the procedure to add video for beginners using samsung's faq.

If anyone knows how to fix this any input would be appreciated thanks in advance

Have you seen xlr8's network change name thing? Where you can change any network name you currently have into anythign you want. The reason why I say this is because maybe you have too many space before where it says rogers. I mean if you had like T-Mobile, instead of T-mobile, you see: T-mobile with spaces before it. Or after it. Another way you can try is make a enw network name and that way you know that its what you want. Te way you do this is go to settings > network > New network. It will find rogers and register it to your phone and that way you know that the name has not been adjusted in the seem that you uploaded. After you do that, and the problem is still present, I'm sorry, but I really do not know what I can do to help you out from that point. Hope I helped.
