Try downloading the original .rar .... the one that is unbranded. Its on the first page of this forum. It should work fine for you. Good day.

i just have a cosmetic question, at the receptions are (top left corner). The symbols used to be a small antenna, but now its a green X. Any idea why that is or how to change it back?

If you used 42.0DR its part of the new DRM included in that flash.

Haven't had much time to do any mods yet but I just downloaded the
R374_G_0E.42.09R reflash file so I can enable video.
Once I flash this new software if I don't touch anything else(no seem editing), what results can I expect?
Also if I was to make a backup of my seems, would anyone here be willing to set them up with all the goods? Video, memory boost etc.?

Without touching anything the only new things you should notice would be increased memory and multiple phonebook search option.
You will need to seem edit to enable the video record option. You can do it yourself I have also created a more detailed tutorial for people that want to do the hacks themselves over at motox.info

Hello,
Your post is extremely informative. I bought my V3 in UK. I was wondering if I would be able to enable video recording on my phone. I called Motorola helpline only to find out that the UK phone will not allow to record videos?
Could you please also advice on Flash/Flex files for UK Razr phones or are these same as others?
Thanks,

An example of a
UK Flex would be one that starts with - SE86
North American Flex would start with - GSMV3xx
As far as flash files go they are the same you just need to worry about LP (language packs)
LP descriptions are here: http://www.motox.info/showthread.php?t=1119&highlight=0015
BTW yes you can enable video record on a uk RAZR. I have a UK Razr that I use with Rogers Wireless in Canada.
