i just have a cosmetic question, at the receptions are (top left corner). The symbols used to be a small antenna, but now its a green X. Any idea why that is or how to change it back?

If you used 42.0DR its part of the new DRM included in that flash.

i flashed it using the "R374_G_0E.42.09R_reflash_mlp_MOTOX.rar" that you recommended in the guide.

Then MotoX has rehacked his 42.09R flash to include these new signal bar/ battery bars.

Hi guys,

I have a question. How long does the video record till it automatically stops?

Mine goes for about 10-15 seconds i think.

Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

The guide was brilliant, and i couldn't be happier with the video recording on the V3- i can get 1 minute 16 seconds before it cuts out which is plenty, i figure.

But... i'm a bit of a prefectionist, and one thing has quickly started annoying me a little.

I'm in the UK, and my provider is T mobile, so i just used the tmobile video rar thats linked to on the first page and it worked fine video wise... but its changed the date format from the UK style:

17 Dec 2005

to

12/17/05

Plus, there's no option for 24hr clock anymore, which i dont love, so is there anyway to change these back, i.e, should i not have used one of the seems or mmas that was in the video rar. And also i now have an icon at the top of the screen which is a phone with a 1 next to it, representing Line 1. This seems unneccesary to me, and wouldnt mind being rid of it, plus there are options for it in the set up, like Setup>Phone Status>Active Line> and the options Line 1 and (empty) - when i choose empty it says its changed to line 2, and the icon at the top of a screen changes to a phone with a 2 next to it.

Basically none of these things used to be there, so i'm wondering if i can change back to normal while still keeping the video recorder.

Thanks for all the help so far!

Dave

Ok to turn line one off you need to either do some seem editing or use p2ktools (p2ktools is the easiest if you dont know how to seem edit).

Seem edit- Seem 0032_0001 offset 02, bit 1 [checked]

or with p2ktools- http://motox.info/showthread.php?t=100&highlight=linepost#19

To change the time format back to 24hr style. menu>settings>intitial setup>time and date> turn autoupdate OFF> click on the time option> scroll to the far right where is says PM or AM and press up until you get 24hr option.
