Got it dude, will work on ASAP and email back. Rogers has not locked out any options that I know of. The Alpha tag can be removed with motoski, but I just replaced mine with my name using Motokit V1.06 its alot less work just using that program to change your GPRS text, as 99.9% of the time there is a GPRS connection available when you have signal so your cusotmer tag will display instead of Rogers.
Depends on what kind of phone your friend has, flashing and flexing will not unlock your phone, If its a RAZR you wont be able to unlock it yourself he will have to pay for an unlocking service. If its a RAZR there is a Rogers branded flex here: http://www.motox.us/flex.php

Rogers can give you the MMS settings if you call them, just too lazy to go get my phone

if someone has mercy please help me! i have a moto v3.i go to ring styles,select one,and each ring style has a sub menu named detailes,i cannot acces it it just jumpes back to the preivous menu,what can i do,it worked a couple of weeks before but now i dont now plsss helpp

Oh, and 1 more thing, my buddy wants me to unlock his cingular phone from USA and make it a rogers Canada phone, so he can use web browse and local functions. Is this just a simple unlock and update him to my rogers flex/flash, etc?

I flashed my v3 using a flash file from motox.us my phone turns on it works just fine but my keypad does not work,only the Red buuton(end call) works i cannot press any other button plss hellp me i am desperate tahnaks a lot

I did it but I can't seem to find the video record feature. How do I find the recorder in the phone. I followed the instructions to the T.

You should go into Video in the multimedia section and there should be an option to create new video.

I went into videos in the multimedia section and it only gave me options to play. I know the seems were loaded due to some other changes I saw and all of my settings were back at default. Maybe I dont' have a compatible software version?

You need to do a firmware update, you need 90R or later, go back to the first page of this thread and download the firmware that I suggested (its the newest I know of). Yes you can modify the gain tables to make your ringer louder, info on that is stored here: http://xlr8.us/hofo
