hy
would like to grab movies with my Motorola V3. what i have to do?
my phone S/W Version is R374_G_0E.40.3ER_A.
i have the right tools: the v3 video rar, the XVI32, the P2KMAN and the P2KMenuEditor.
i have instaled succesfully the drivers and all works just fine.
i can see the Hellomoto movie on my phone, the problem is i cannot record a movie with my phone.
i have the MotoMixer that i never use. i would like to replace it with the Record Camera if posible.
i think i can manage editing the seem files. the only problem i have is that i do not know how to edit the 2 mma files.

how can i do that?
i have the files mma_ucp and mma_dcp on my hard drive and i have tried to edit them with P2KMenuEditor but i do not know how.
what should i do?
should i upload the 2 mma files from v3 video rar on my V3 or edit the exact files i got from my phone ?????????

Hi samsung, im new to this and im sure you have had this question many times.
I have bought my girlfriend the pink v3 for xmas, it doesnt do the video option. have you got any made up files to enable video i could have?
the software version is R374_G_0E.40.79R does this need a firmware flash?
I would really like to sort this out, I have downloaded most of the files but it seems really complex to a novice like me.
I dont know why motorola just didnt build this into the phones anyway.
your help would be much appreciated & will keep my girlfriend from nagging me, thanks

forgot to say in the video section I have the hello moto video but it has a padlock on it, is this causing the video capture not to work?

Here is the updated guide, I would post here but my photobucket bandwidth is already being exceeded at the other forum. Better off using this process to enable the video record rather then using my prehacked files IMHO

hi there,
i just enabled video in my razr and also tried to update with new roam fix but the roam symbol is still there, i tried master reset.
Also i see that by manipulating seem 0136 and 0139 you can unlock the phone can you tell me how to do it please.

"Offset 1D1 to record in 3gp video format check bit "1", to record in mp4 video format check bit "0". Offset 1D3 enter "01" into the two-digit box."
This is the last thing i did to my phone and after that when i try to turn it on it goest to the hellomoto screen but then turns off. Does anybody know what is the problem and how to fix it?
