(1 on, 0 off) means you need to set the state to 1 to enable the feature

Not a problem Screwtape.... Just and FYI for anyone else reading this thread I have just made a huge update to the first post of this thread a total walk through for hacking the files yourself to enable video record rather then using my prehacked files... Also included is screenshots.

Excellent guide for activating V3 video capabilities.

However, I had to flash the cell. I now have R374_G_0E.42.0DR firmware and it worked perfectly.

BUT now I cannot synch phonebook and calendar anymore from mobile phone tools lite. U know what´s the problem with that?

U know if there is other software than MPT to communicate with the phone? (MPT icon_twisted.gif is not very functional). I tried to connect with P2KTools but it didn't work 'cause I don't know how to set the connection. Thks a lot,

For p2k tools in AT mode you need to set the comm port - find out what it is by looking in device manager.

Restart the phone and the PC and try to connect MPT.

If it still won't work live update MPT to the latest version 4.04
