2 days ago I bought my V3, I use MTP (through usb) to upload 2 ringtones to my phone (all thing is normal) , after that I unplugged the usb and charge the battery. The next when I going to use my phone, my phone show:
Boot Loader
08.23
SW Version:
R374_G_0E.40.9ER
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable
no matter what key I pressed, I can't turn to the normal screen
Can any help me get out the problem?

If it's locked, ican unlock it. If you brick it, I can fix it

Reflash it or send it to me and i'll do it plus put video recorder on there too

sorry to bother you again, but I am first time own a cell phone, so how to reflash it?
I have downloaded P2kman and MTP, but my phone only can be connected to MTP, but not p2kman.

Does it still go to this screen after you turn the phone off and on, or remove the battery and reinsert??

You need pst to reflash the phone, Search google for the program and look in the flashing and firmware section for instructions on flashing your phone.

oh~ after looking around the internet, I found that to able to use p2k/pst must install Accessories Interface, Communications Class - Communications Interface, Communications Class - Data Interface, Data Logging DSP Interface, Data Logging MCU Interface, Test Command Interface, but now under the motorola USB device, I only got motorola flash interface. As you know now my phone is stuck on the boot loader screen, my computer can't detect those devices, so I can't connect to P2k mode in Bezols' P2Ktools/pst..... can anyone know what should I do?
