I just bought an unlocked Samsung X475 and am using it with a Cingular SIM card. Does anyone know how I can get the ring tones, wall paper from Cingular for this phone?

Thanks

where this phone was not made for cingular you are going to have to set up the WAP browser manually...look at the sticky for wap settins at the top of this forum... all the settings are there...customer care will not help you as this is a device they dont support

elmo01,

I looked at your sticky post for WAP settings, but in this phone, the only place in the menu that I can input anything is the 'Favorites' option. and here, except the 'Go to URL' and 'Name', there are no other options that I can change. So I am not able to input the IP address, password, etc.
I get the message 'No Response from Network'. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

No Luck,

Funbox has only 5 options, 1. Games, 2. Sounds, 3. Images, 4. Delete All, 5. Memory Status. No option to change WAP Browser Settings

There is a Folder called 'Network Services', within which there is an option called 'Network Selection'. But this option is disabled.
