Now that Cingular has a roaming ahave agreement with t-mobile, it is nice to be able to pick up t-mobiles 1900 towers in the area, as they pierce through the mall I work at. But since I can still pick up Cingular, it tries to default to picking up the weaker 850 signal. I have been going in manually into the network search option and picking t-mobile, but after 10 minutes it reverts back to Cingular.

There used to be an option, on my old flex, where I could switch network setup "type" to manual. The only option I have on my v600 is automatic. Any idea what seem this is to get manual back on there? I think this is what I need to make it so it wont revert back to Cingular all the time.

Another question... in 0032_0001... offset 8B, it says "Cingular ENS capable". Does that mean anyone can get this on their phone, they just have to enable it?

I know this has to do with AT&T to Cingular tower handoff.
