Depends what your looking to do...
For pictures/ringtones/videos (3gp) simply go to Settings>>Connection>>USB Settings>> Default Connection:Memory Card and then when you connect your phone to your computer it should appear in My Computer as a removable disk and you can jus drag and drop files into the appropriate folders on the phone.
For java games you will need to enable the java app loader menu with PST 6.7+ and then use midway to upload your .jar files. Googling a guide for doing this is easiest

if u are able to do what the guy before me posted then good job, but if u cant, make sure u updated the PST wit its patch, and that the drivers which make ur phone in to a modem are instaled and working, which needs to PST wit patch to do. and to use p2kman make sure ur usb connection setting in the phone is to data/fax, and take out ur TF memory card.

OK, with the memory card in using the usb I get that to work. I then take the card out and change it to the data setting and put the usb back in and I cant get into my phone "Failed to find p2k device"Please connect phone and try again

In device manager for p2k/PST to find it, it must come under 'Modem' named something like 'Motorola USB Modem' and then it should find it with p2k. If not you need to do some searching for solutions
