A copy of the OS is within the ROM of the phone, no need to "buy" one (which isn't also not available for sale )
First turn off your phone and remove the MMC, maybe you've installed a faulty program on it.
If it is so, I would recommend to save needed stuff (picture, videos, etc.) and format the card.
If the phone still makes trouble, you should try resetting the system configuration with *#7780#. Nothing will be deleted, only the original ini-files restored.
If this doesn't work you can try reformatting the phone completely with *#7370#, but this will delete everything within the phones memory (the MMC will be untouched!).
You should backup your contacts and messages if needed.

I have tried both the ways, but still having the same problem. After taking a picture and saving it, it gives "Temporary Over Load, continue", and while opening gallery it shows the opening screen for few minutes and finally give AppClose Gallery. All kinds of savings activities are not functioning alone with blue tooth. How to solve this?

Removed the memory card too?
If all that won't help there might be a hardware-fault...

Not CD-ROM... ROM...
The phone has a memory section which is read only where a blank OS is saved and which can be "installed" by using the *#7370# code or the "3-button-boot".
Downloading the firmware from the internet to flash your phone isn't allowed because the firmware isn't public domain.

If Formating doesn't solve the problem then try formating then memory card and then phone if that didn't solve the problem take it to the nokia service center. one other things check if there is any application that is bugging with the phone.
