Hi. I just bought my V551 and did some video. I have transfered the file thru bluetooth to my Ipaq H5555 but it says that it is not supported by it. The file extension as received is *.3GP... Is there a way of software that I can use to play this video transfered from my V551? Thanks a lot.

You should be able to play the file with The Core Pocket Media Player. It's a freeware player available here:
http://tcpmp.corecodec.org/download
It's far superior to the WMP player on your Ipaq, and supports alot of different audio/video codecs.

Download Quicktime. Thats the creator of .3gpp format so it will play it for sure.

There is no Quicktime version for use on Windows CE on their site. I think if you download TCPMP from the site I have specified you will be pleased, it's the most popular multi-platform player for Pocket PC.

I had download the desktop installer "tcpmp.setup.0.66.exe" and installed successfully to my pda. The problem is when playing the *.3gp file I the video is 90% big pixels or not viewable but the audio is ok. I tried to reinstall but still the video is not viewable. Tried also to play a different clip but to no success. What else can I do? Thanks.

Sounds like your settings are a bit off. Go to Options>Video and check "fit to screen", also you can try to play with the zoom options until you get the desired results. Post back and let me know how you get on.

I did try adjusting the video and zoom and even video settings but still the video is 5/6 pixelized like big square grains. What else can I do? thanks.
