I have been reading and reading on this forum, but having trouble finding exactly what I need.
In January 2005 I got a Motorola V551 when I signed up with cingular. Since then I haven't really used it because I had a T637 I liked better. Well I am using the V551 now and have realized there are some things that don't work like they should on this phone.
1.) The people I talk to say they can barely hear me and to actually I can't hear them all that well either.
2.) I can't get the damn thing to ring AND vibrate at the same time.
3.) It won't connect to my powerbook or my bluetooth headset.
I have purchased a USB cable in the hopes that I can flash or flex or do whatever it is I need to so the phone works properly. My question is where can I get firmware or flexware that will correct some or all of the issues I have. I have heard that early 2005 V551s had issues and I am hoping there is a fix.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm have similiar problems now, my signal sucked for the longest time now today it died. how does a signal die??? the phone is nice but the reception sucks. I wished I had never gone to cingular.
