Wondering if one of you would mind giving me suggestions on tweaking my phone. I have no idea what upgrades are out there, if any. My phone is fairly new. I saw some files at the motoaide site, but I am not sure what they are. Any cool tips or tricks??? Any ideas or information is appreciated.

Hide carrier logo
change date to say what you want
enable java app loader to install games
delete stock ringers/wallpaper for more space
ugrade firmware for unbranding your phone from showing provider's garbages
enable automatic password when dialing in for VM
extend the ringers before voicemail picks up
do at own risk as the V220 phones are a pain in the arse and acts weird after editing the seem files in phone.

Thanks I'll look into all this, but can I ask you how I know what firmware I want?

Thanks! However I didn't see it on Motoaide.com, any ideas on where to get it? Also, if I do decide to upgrade how is the best way to backup my stock firmware? Is the R_366 unbranded firmware?

You cannot really create a backup of your original firmware, but you cant backup all your files (including system files) with motokit.
