I just got a 5200 today and didn't want to pay the outrageous price verizon wanted for a car charger. Most of the online places don't list accessories for the 5200 yet. Anybody know which other models have compatable car chargers and usb data cables?
Also, with the USB cable can you upload your own mp3/wav/mid/? for a ringtone?

I know the VX3300 and VX6100 chargers work. I have the VX3300 at home and use the same charger.
As for the ringtones I'm hearing several people using USB cable and BitPM and there's some guys selling cables & software on Ebay for the VX5200. But haven't verfied it works myself.

I've got one of the USB cables, successfully installed the drivers, but haven't found any software yet that works with it. BitPM doesn't have files for the vx5200, and neither the 6100 or 7000 files work for it. Anybody have any software that works with it?

I've heard of people having success with BitPIM but had to select like the VX4650 phone. Also installing the LG drivers from their site might help too.
Until my cable arrives I'm still hunting down what's supposed to work and doesn't.

I received my cable yesterday and used the latest BitPIM and selected "Other CDMA Phone" and selecting the right port.
I posted my procedure to my group until I can contact the owners here about writing up an article to post here.
