NokiaUSA sells the stereo earphones HS-3 which the buds do not fit my ears. Attempting to locate the Nokia adapter AD15 which is not sold by Nokia. Any ideas as to where this could be found would be appreciated.

I had the same problem... always fell out of my ears. And I don't have small ears...
I didn't liked to use it as long as I had it...
