Switching to another cellular provider can be really confusing but taking the time to check out the provider could be benificial
Ever need a cellular phone service provider and really can't make up your mind simply because
your afraid of being taken advantage of, being billed incorrectly or even being charged for services not received? everyone has thought of that prior to using Verizon Wireless but now its too late.
Hundreds of people a day report that Verizon Wireless has messed up on their bills, have charged them for services not received and have been charged disconnect fees when they were advised by the customer service associates this would not occur.

Elizabeth Sturgis, Executive relations for VERIZON WIRELESS clearly stated that once a billing error has occured and it is "charged off" and is placed on your credit report you will have to wait 7 years for it to be removed. "Even if you pay off a charged off account, we legally can not remove it from your credit report she stated.

Wow, you guys are taking your cell provider too seriously. lol
Leave poor verizon alone, they have to pawn all their cell phone towers to cover their masses of law suits.

Verizon is not at fault. Where you live is. Florida is phoned by BellSouth which migrated into Cingular so cingular is best in florida, verizon was Bell Atlantic so it work best in the atlantic states like NY and New Jersey
