I don't know, it may be hardware or software, at this point I don't know if its been fixed, but I know not everyone gets it.

If it only started after the flash/flex then beats me, I'd imagine some kind of software conflicting with the hardware.

only happens on certain animations, like it will display the time fine... which makes me think it could be the flex. (That contains the animations right?)
