my v500 dead now aftre flashed to v600i.who can mail me v551 flash/flexs?i am crazying now...........

Try here, for a monster flash:
http://motoaide.com:8081
And try holding down the # and * keys and simultaniously hold down power until the phone starts in "bootloader" aka "flash" mode. That has to work for you to be able to furtherly flash/flex it.

yes,I have flashed my v550 to v551 sucesufull,but appeared:enter subsidy psssword--------,and what is the password? (I am a chinese ,and live in china),please help me!!!

That might be a problem. Did you use a monsterflash pack branded to a different company than a SIM? That locked your phone, and if you can't change the flash/flex on it then you will have to pay to unlock it. The subsidy is IMEI sensitive so no one here will have it as we do not have calculators or your IMEI.

you are right!yes,i use a monsterflash pack branded to a different company named:vodafone (american),the origanlly is motora.,can you provide me another monsterflash pack for motora v551?if you do,please email to me,ok?i will try rewright (reflash) the flash/flex to resuscitation my v500.

It will not unlock your fone, unless you have unlock code for the fone, if not you need to find some one with the smart clip to unlock it for you.

You will need to unlock it through a company or Old_Fools help unless you can find a reflash/flex that will bring it back onto your network.

The phone will need to be unlocked, if the phone is locked to a carrier in its present state, you will not be able to unlock/lock to another carrier by flexing. The phone can only be locked to a differnet carrier by flexing if the phone in unlocked.
